Assistance at the Fair

If you have a disability that restricts your ability to attend the Fair on your own, to the extent that a helper is needed, then a carer can be admitted free of charge to your booking.

Misplaced your Ticket Confirmation?

Once the box office is open and you have purchased your ticket, if you have not received, or misplace your ticket confirmation, or receipt, you can access it via the SeeTickets Customer Service Portal. You can also use the Portal to contact us with any ticket queries.
