Q: What are the dates of the next Winter Art & Antiques Fair Olympia?

Q: Where is the Fair located?
A: The Fair takes place on the upper level of the Grand Hall of Olympia London, situated in Kensington, with great connections to all London transport methods. Visit the Plan Your Visit page for more information on travel options.

Q: Can I bring my dog?
A: No animals will be allowed into the fair except for Assistance Dogs.

Q: Can I bring items to sell or be evaluated to the Fair?
A: We operate a strict public valuation policy and personal effects will not be admitted for private assessment.

Q: How much are tickets?
A: Book in advance for our reduced-rate, tickets for the Winter Art & Antiques Fair went on sale July 2023. Sign up to our newsletter for the latest information and to hear about exclusive discounts! 

Q: Can I buy tickets on the door at the Fair?
A: Yes, tickets are available to be purchased on the door, however, to save you time and money, buying in advance is more convenient and offers better prices. 

Q. I'm having issues with my booking. Who should I contact?
A: For any questions regarding your ticket purchase, either during booking or afterwards please contact SeeTickets, our ticketing agent. They can be contacted using their Customer Service Portal. This has a 48-hour response time on all contact through the form, and a same-day response if the event is in 3 days or less.

Travel & The Venue

Q: What is the best way to get to Olympia?
A: There are several options available to get to Olympia. Full travel details can be found on the Plan Your Visit page.

Q: How much is parking?
A: Parking at the venue is operated and managed by Olympia (not the Fair). Visit the Olympia website for more information and to pre-booking your space. Please note booking cannot be made more than four months in advance. Go to the Plan Your Visit page and click on 'By Car' for alternative parking options.

Q: Will a cloakroom be accessible?
A: A cloakroom facility will be available. There is a small charge for this service.

Q: Where can I eat?
A: There are food outlets all around the halls. Further details can be found on the Plan Your Visit page.

Q: Are there hotels near Olympia?
A: Yes. There are a selection of hotels around the venue and many more across West London. Full details can be found on the Plan Your Visit page.
 

Q: Can I access Spirit of Christmas Fair from the Winter Art & Antiques Fair?
A: Yes

Q: What times can I visit? 
A: The Fair will be open Monday 4 to Sunday 10 November, opening at 10am daily. 

Monday 4 October 10am - 6pm
Tuesday 5 October 10am - 6pm
Wednesday 6 November 10am - 6pm
Thursday 7 November LATE NIGHT 10am - 9pm
Friday 8 November 10am - 6pm
Saturday 9 November 10am - 6pm
Sunday 10 November 10am - 5pm

Safety & Security

Q: What security measures are in place at the Fair?
A: To ensure exhibitor security and visitor safety, security guards will be constantly present throughout the fair and will be permitted to search all attendees.

Q: Are bags searches in operations at the Fair? 
A: All bags brought to the Fair will be checked and any oversized bags must be left in the cloakroom. Items that can be construed as art or an antique will not be permitted into the venue.

Q: How will toilet facilities be operated?
A: Toilet facilities will be available and clearly signposted. 

Accessibility

Q: Can I book a ticket for my carer?
A: Yes, if you have a disability that restricts your ability to attend the Fair on your own, to the extent that a helper is needed, then a carer can be admitted free of charge. Please purchase one standard adult ticket to accompany the carer ticket. Q: Can I book a wheelchair for the Fair?
A: A limited number of wheelchairs are available to hire on receipt of a refundable security deposit. Find out more details about Visitor Accessibility here

Q: Where are the wheelchair-accessible toilets located?
A: Male and female wheelchair-accessible toilets are provided throughout the venue. Please ask a member of the security staff if you are unable to locate these.

Q: How can I get assistance during my visit?
A: If you have any queries or need assistance during your visit, please contact any member of the Olympia staff who will be happy to help. The front desks are located by the main entrances.

Q: What parking facilities are available for Blue Badge holders?
A: There are a limited number of disabled parking bays available in the venue car park for blue badge holders. These are allocated upon a first come first serve basis, however, it is best to pre-book a space online in advance. Book through Olympia here.
