Luke has spent the last 10 years specialising in social media and digital innovation. As Digital Development Manager at Farrow & Ball Luke works closely with the Brand Marketing and International Marketing teams to help improve their delivery and digital experiences, and to ensure digital channels are an aspirational representation of the brand.
Prior to Farrow & Ball Luke worked for 5 years at the RNLI where he was responsible for driving innovation through technology in the social media team, using data to optimise content, training colleagues and volunteers. He also previously built and sold a social media agency, working for large clients like KPMG and E.ON, with Councils, Charities and B2C consumer brands.
