Lovely cartouche shaped George II silver snuff box London 1751 Joseph Collier
This cartouche shaped George II silver snuff box was made in London in 1751 by Joseph Collier and measures 2.75 inches in length by 2 1/8 inches wide and is 0.75 inches deep, it is embossed to the lid with scrolls, flowers and foliage and is gilded to the interior, it is fully hallmarked in the base and to the lid with the makers mark, it closes nicely and is in very good condition weighing 1.65 ounces or 50 grams.
