Face coverings are no longer mandatory, however the Art and Antique Fair will be "mask friendly", so you may choose to wear one or not.

There will be wider aisles to reduce areas of high crowd density and improve attendee flow.

There will also be multiple entrances which will enable management of queues.

COVID-19 status check will be required as a condition of entry for build-up, open and breakdown. *scroll down for more information

Personal Hygiene

Personal Hygiene

Hygiene reminders to regularly wash hands will be in place throughout the venue.

Contactless payments will be encouraged throughout via card or phone, with an email receipt wherever possible.

Olympia London - Commitment to keeping you safe

Olympia London have upgraded their filtration systems to ensure clean and safe air is circulated throughout the venue and all areas are supplemented with natural ventilation. They have also done the following:

  • Deep clean by the venue prior to commencing build up.
  • Widened aisles.
  • The venue will be fully cleaned regularly including an overnight cleaning regime of enclosed spaces.
  • An enhanced cleaning regime during show open periods, with extra attention given to high frequency touch points such as toilets, door handles and handrails.

NHS COVID Pass

This year, we require proof of COVID status upon entry for everyone. For residents in England, this can be shown via the NHS App or a letter and can be one of the following:

  • Proof of double vaccination, with the second at least 14 days prior to the event
  • A negative NHS Lateral Flow Test, taken on the same day you are visiting the show. This will last for 48 hours, so you may need to re-test if you are attending all 3 days
  • Natural immunity, based on a positive PCR test within 180 days of the show
  • Medical exemption

Want help with the app?

The NHS App is simple to set up, however we recommend that you do this well in advance as it can take up to 24 hours to verify your identity.

Don't have a phone?

If you do not have a smart phone or do not wish to use the app, you can request a letter displaying your NHS COVID Pass.

Planning your event

While there are no government restrictions in place with regards to stand layout, we recommend you design your stand space with others comfort and well-being in mind.

What to consider:

  • how your customers will feel entering your stand space
  • how your staff will feel manning your stand
  • how you would feel entering your stand space
  • we recommend you provide hand
    sanitiser on your stand.

Stand Hospitality can resume, through
Olympia Catering.
