Charlie Caswell from HBA Residential, a leading luxury design agency, who will be discussing how to integrate art with architecture and interior design – looking at how to frame spaces around specific pieces, and how to incorporate site-specific works within private residences.
Charlie Caswell is a qualified architect with over 10 years’ experience specialising in the design and implementation of super prime properties across the globe.
Prior to establishing HBA Residential’s London office towards the end of last year, Charlie worked at Candy & Candy where he oversaw numerous apartments in One Hyde Park as well as Switzerland’s most expensive penthouse and other large-scale private client projects across Europe. He then helped establish Carlisle Design Studio where he contributed to the growth of the company from nine people to 70 in just three years.
Charlie’s decision to join HBA Residential stemmed from their shared commitment to “luxury by design”, creating homes that are precisely tailored to the individual lives of owners and their families. The practice draws inspiration from people, places and possessions to give each and every one of its projects a unique personality, meaning and virtue. The home thus becomes a backdrop to the culture, passions and purpose of the client.
